Delivery and Return

You can collect your rental car from the airports of Hania (CHQ) and Iraklion (HER), and return it there as well.
 
On the north coast, the ports of Hania / Souda, Rethymnon and Iraklion are also being served, and against surcharge the ports of Kastelli Kissamos and Aghios Nicolaos.

Just send us your flight number (or your vessel's name) and the arrival time.

A field service member will then wait for you on time by the exit of the luggage claim (or on the quay) holding up a sign that shows your name.

Delivery of your rental car to your hotel or villa and collection from there are also on offer.

On the north coast, the section from Kastelli Kissamos to Sitia is being served (partly against surcharge), and on the south coast the sections from Hora Sfakion to Plakias, from Aghia Galini to Matala, and along the beaches of Ierapetra.

Times of Delivery and Return 
You can have your rental car delivered from 7:00 a.m. till 11:00 p.m. Return is possible any time.

Nighttime Delivery
With delivery during the night hours from 11:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m., a 25.00 Euros night charge will apply.
